Week 2
This week we have been using compasses in maths to draw measured patterns.This was a fun session with everyone trying their best using compasses. In English, we have been continuing on the ballooon theme, writing diary entries from before and after the trip. In science, we have continued our light topic, looking at what light can and can’t pass through.
Week 1
Welcome back everyone. This week in English, we have started our creative writing by writing a letter based on a winning completion entry for aHot Air Balloon Experience. The children have come up with some wonderful ideas and written fantastic letters. In maths we have been getting our heads back in to arithmetic. We have also got started on our leavers play, where parts have been given, script have been printed and rehearsals are beginning.
