We had a wonderful visit from a lady from The Sill in Northumberland. She talked to the children about Northumberland National Park and the importance of dark skies to help wildlife.
Week 3

Two of our children received a very special Headteacher’s Accolade from Mr MingStones. Both Daisy and Sofia had been busy crafting at home and each made a beautiful Seasons box showing all the 4 seasons! 🌷🏖️🍁☃️
This week we have started learning the songs for our Christmas performance. It’s still early days but the children are already sounding good. You may get to hear some snippets at home…
Week 4

In Maths this week we have been focusing on subtraction, using methods such as taking away counters, crossing out and counting back using a number line, which we all did very well at!
On Monday we had our fabulous Christmas Crafternoon! It is fair to say a great time was had by all! The turnout was fantastic - many thanks to all of our parents, carers and families who came to support their children. The time passed so quickly, as it always does when you’re having fun! We hope you enjoy all the decorations that were made for years to come 🎄🌟⛄️🦌🎅🏼
