Week 7
What a wonderful week at school. We have enjoyed a fantastic party, thank you for all the lovely food you sent in, and we enjoyed our delicious Christmas school dinner with crackers and party hats too!.

Week 6
This week the children performed their Christmas play, Wriggly Nativity.
Week 5
This week the children painted their Diva lamps using metalic paints.
Christmas arrives in Year 1/2!
The children had fun decorating the Christmas tree.
In Maths the children created a Christmas picture using 2D shapes.
Week 4
We have been rehearsing for our up and coming Christmas play this week.
In class this week during Maths the children have been adding using a number line.
The children have enjoyed learning and writing about the Diwali story.
The children created their own Diva lamps from clay.
Week 3
The children have enjoyed History this week looking at cause and consequence. We have been detectives and investigated different sources of evidence. We have learnt why Guy Fawkes tried to blow up the Houses of Parliament. We have also completed a timeline of events leading up to the 5th November 1605 and the eventual demise of Guy Fawkes in 1606.
