The Newcastle City Council Portal for September Reception places closed at midnight on 15th January 2025.
Offer day for places is Monday 16th April, you can log into your application on this day to view and accept your offer if you applied online. Letters will be sent today by second class post to parents who applied by paper.

Meet the Reception Team
In Reception we have two classes named red and blue room who share an exciting and engaging indoor and outdoor environment where children enjoy learning through play.
In our school we strive to establish a happy and secure environment in which to learn and be cared for. We promote positive attitudes to learning, an enthusiasm for knowledge and the confidence to become successful learners. Children explore, discover and investigate using a range of open ended resources, follow their own interests and access quality adult led learning time. We believe that children learn best when they are engaged in real, hands on, exciting experiences. Adults facilitate, extend and challenge children’s learning.
