The Phoenix Project
Several year 6 children were selected to take part in an exciting project based at Tynemoth Fire Station. Working with trained fireman, the children were thought real life firefighting skills that promoted teamwork, resilience and communication. While this was fun it was also challenging at times but the children rose to those challenges and were great ambassadors for our school. We can see that you have grown in your own abilities and confidence on what you can achieve when you focus and work as a team. Well done to all who took part.
