Early Years

Parents and carers are more than welcome in the Early Years at any time. Anyone willing to join in the activities will be given guidance in participating. Activities may include reading stories, playing games, working with the computer, assisting with outdoor play, baking and general help. Information of interest to parents/carers will be displayed on the notice board in the corridor just outside the Nursery. 

 

Adult Reading Helpers

We appreciate the help that parents, grandparents and carers give to our children throughout school. If you would like to help our children to become fluent readers by listening to them read individually on a rota basis; please contact Miss Croll (Literacy Leader/Deputyhead).

 

PTA (The Friends of WDPS)

We also have regular fundraising events and would appreciate any help with these. If you'd like to help, please have a chat with Miss Croll or with another member of staff.
