THURSDAY
Thu 27 Feb 2020Year 4 will continue with their swimming lessons. Please continue to have your children in school for a prompt start with full swimming kit.
Year 3, Miss Jenks' class will visit the Laing Art Gallery today, they will be back to school for normal collection.

WEDNESDAY
Wed 26 Feb 2020The NUFC lunchtime club for Phase one starts today, please make sure if your child is doing this session they have suitable outdoor PE kit with them. This course is now full.
Year 5/6 and 6 start their Primary Stars session with the NUFC Foundation, please make sure your child has their PE kit in school every Wednesday.

Tue 25 Feb 2020Autumn term 100% Attendance trip to Souter Lighthouse, if your child was picked please make sure they are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions.
Year 3/4 will continue with their pocket trumpet sessions.
The Family Learning SATS bootcamp sessions start 1.00-3.00pm today, there are still spaces if you would like to be involved with your child. Contact the office or Miss Croll.

School breaks up today for half term, we return on Tuesday 25th February due to a staff training day.

WEDNESDAY
Wed 12 Feb 2020The children will enjoy an assembly by the Rocksteady Music School.
It is the last week of NUFC football for Years 4 & 5 and the lunchtime club for Years 5 & 6.
Valentines Disco - Keystage One 1.30-3.00pm, Keystage Two 3.30-4.45pm
(Hotdogs can be pre-purchased by sending 50p into class on Monday)
Send children with clothes to change into in a named bag, also there will be a tuck shop if you would like your child to be able to purchase something, send a small amount of change in a purse or named envelope.

Mon 10 Feb 2020Year 5, Mr Jones' class will be Geocaching at Gibside.
Rob Morris from the Newcastle United Foundation will be hosting an assembly for all the children.
The Phase One children will enjoy a talk about Judaism this afternoon.
