‘A Stepping Stone into the Future’

Autumn Term B

Week 7

This week the children have enjoyed their last week of the term.  Santa visited the Bush Craft area the and the children wrote Christmas wishes and hung them on the tree.  We created our Christmas calendars and cards.  The children enjoyed Christmas lunch on Tuesday.  The children have completed the nativity story as well as lots of Christmas crafting activities.  The class were very excited to open their presents from myself and Mrs. Maitra as well as their gift from WDPS.

Week 6

This week the children have been working hard in class.  They have sequenced the nativity story and written their own version of events.

In Maths we have been comparing amounts and numbers as well as ordering numbers from smallest to largest.  In Bush Craft the children have created a tree decoration and written a Christmas wish. On Thursday the children enjoyed their Christmas party, including dancing, playing games and eating a lot of party food. It was lovely to see them have so much fun.

A huge thank you for organising the children's party food.
