Congratulations Evie Richmond-Atkin who was in the green zone this week.

Week 2

The children have had another busy week.

On Monday they have enjoyed P.E. learning a dance routine.

On Wednesday we celebrated World Maths Day and the children had fun making their own version of ‘shut the box’.

They also had a great day on Thursday celebrating World Book Day, they looked great in their costumes.

Our reader of the week was Demimae Liddle, who was in the green zone, well done Demimae!

Week 1

We hope you had a great half term holiday and the children had a chance to have some down time.

Home Reading

We are encouraging your child to read at home as often as they can and record it in their diary with the date and your signature.

In class the children move their names onto the corresponding zone. Each week children's names who are in the green zone are put into a hat and one lucky child will bring Fred the bear home.

Three or more signatures =Green zone

Less than three = Yellow zone

No signatures = Red zone

We hope to see you all in the green zone.

This week Andrew Miller was our reader of the week.

Green Zone Champion

In class this week the children have worked hard in Maths doing subtraction and then showing the inverse operation to check their answers. They have also been history detectives learning about why Delia bought a new hat for a very special journey on the Titanic.

In Art the children have used their sketch books for the very first time to plan an art project.
