‘A Stepping Stone into the Future’

Autumn Term A

Week 7

This week the year 4 children have enjoyed improving their cycling skills through taking part in the bike ability course on Monday morning. Luckily the weather was kind and they were able to enjoy the Autumn sun.

The Year 3 children have been working hard to develop their core value of Cooperation working with their Maths partners to solve a rather tricky Maths mystery. They showed super commitment and resilience when working together to find out who had eaten the Halloween Cake!

Week 1

The children have had a fantastic first week back after the summer holidays.

Week 2

In maths we have been looking at place value. This week in science we have been looking at the digestive system and how it works. Have a look at the pictures to our demonstration of the digestive system.

Week 3

This week we have been talking about teeth. We did an experiment with eggs to see how they would decay in different liquids. We will continue looking at the decay of the eggs next week.

Week 4

We have had a fantastic week looking at how our eggs have decayed in different liquids. We also looked at food chains!
