West Denton Primary School follows the One Trust Remote Education Policy.  If remote learning is ever needed we will make sure children can continue learning safely at home with clear routines and support from their teachers.

We provide daily learning through our agreed online platforms and paper packs where needed.  Teachers set clear tasks and give feedback so children know how they are getting on.  Families who need help with access or devices can contact the school office for support.

Children with SEND will receive tailored resources and adjustments so they can take part fully.  Staff will work closely with families to make sure learning is manageable and appropriate.

If remote education is required we will communicate with parents and carers straight away.  We will explain how to access learning and how to contact staff for help.

Our aim is simple.  To keep learning going in a calm and supportive way so every child can stay connected with school and continue to make progress.
